  The loan officer, Jeremy Ayers, strung us along for over a year to secure a loan for some home repair. You can buy and finance a house in less time. When we showed up to sign the papers, it wasn't the type of loan we wanted. But were kinda stuck because the house repairs had gotten so bad. Then we still had to buy the materials out of pocket, and was told once the work was done the bank would finally come thru with the money. Well it has been almost a month since the work was completed. All pertinent information was faxed to Jeremy Ayers. And we are still waiting on the money, which was already approved. In the meantime, the contractor demanded some cash for the labor, and we had to pay him $2000 out of pocket. Jeremy does nothing but sit on his hands until you hound him. If you can even get ahold of him. He needs fired or At least watched and evaluted to make him do his job.right. This is the second loan we have taken the second loan with BB&T. Plus banking thru them. Well, no more!
